This Out of the World Blender is made out of our Super Soft Paw Paw Blender infused with Silicone Technology! 

Super soft on the bottom just the way you like it to blend out flawlessly! The top part it infused with silicone technology to absorb less foundation, and help quickly spread out the foundation on the skin. 

Use the silicone top part to apply and spread out the foundation, then use the bottom super soft part to blend out! A dream come true!
