HOW TO USE

① Complete your base makeup, including base, foundation, face powder, etc. before eye makeup.
② Dispense a small pearl-sized amount of this product onto your fingertips and gently apply it to the entire eyelid (upper eyelid, lower eyelid, inner and outer corners of the eye) without rubbing the eyelid.
③ Make sure this product is dry, then apply eye makeup over it as usual.
*Depending on the product layered on top, the effect may be weakened.
