Use Hempel's Underwater Primer as part of a single component system below the waterline, including keels; and as a tie-coat before antifouling. Description
Hempel's Underwater Primer is a fast drying underwater primer
containing aluminium flakes. For use as a sealer onto old antifouling
or as a tiecoat over an epoxy primed surface before antifouling.

Recommended use
Suitable on glass fibre, wood and steel. For use on all areas below the
waterline including keels.

For best performance, avoid excessive film thickness.

Application conditions
- To avoid condensation, apply on a clean and dry surface with a
temperature that is at least 3°C [5°F] above the dew point.
Relative Humidity:
- Relative humidity must be below 85% during drying and curing.
