INSTRUCTION:
Rub on dish soap in a circular motion until the desired amount of soap is reached, then scrub. Avoid using heavy-duty brown bristles to scrub delicately coated pan/pot wares.
IMPORTANT CARE TIP:
Rinse with mild detergent after each use and air dry with the bristles facing down. Do not place it in a dishwashing machine or soak it in water to prevent the wood from swelling, which will cause the wood to crack. Keep away from fire and heat. To sanitize the bristles, rinse with vinegar and dip only the bristles in boiling water for 1 minute.
